| The amazing view from the Bluff |
Cypress mountain is covered in hiking trails. This was a fun and difficult one. The first part of the hike from the parking lot was very difficult. There is a steep incline with a switch back about every 2 min. The beginning is tough but the result is well worth the work.
After you finish the incline the path levels out. The rest of the hike to the bluffs is very nice. The trail dips and climbs but never to the same extent as the beginning. You definitely want to make it out on a clear day. At the bluffs you can look down on the eagles and see the horizon disappear in front of you. An amazing view at the top. On the way back down you realize what everyone was grinning about as they passed you on their way down as you were on your way up.
